How is my order delivered? We use Australia Post to send your package by mail, as it is the most cost effective for most orders.
   
How long will it take to arrive? Your order is packed up and sent within 24 hours of receiving it, and should take the usual amount of time as a typical letter sent through the mail.
   
I live overseas but would like to have my order posted to a friend or relative in Australia. Is this okay? No, unfortunately we are unable to sell to overseas customers, even if the recipient is in Australia for legal reasons.
   
What if something I order isn't in stock? In the unusual case that something is unavailable we will contact you or just send what we do have in stock and the remainder of your order as it arrives (one postage charge only).
   
Why can't I purchase fresh or frozen products? As we do not have a refrigerated courier, we can't send out any items that need to be refrigerated, as per health regulations .
   
Can I order a product from your range that isn't on the website? Yes, if it is an unperishable item it should be okay. Send an e-mail and we will add it to your order.
