How is my order delivered? |
We use Australia Post to send your package by mail, as it is the most cost effective for most orders. Central Coast and Sydney residents can choose the courier option for parcels under ten kilos. We will telephone and confirm a delivery day with you to ensure that someone is available to sign for the order. Orders over $100 posted free via Australia Post! |

How long will it take to arrive by post? |
Your order is packed up and sent within 24 hours of receiving it, and should take the usual amount of time as a typical letter sent through the mail. |

How long will it take to arrive by courier? |
We will telephone and confirm with you which day someone will be available to receive the order. A second courier charge will apply if no-one is there to receive the order. |

How can I pay for my order? |
We accept credit card payments and Paypal. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal for your security, whether you have an account or not. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to process it with them |
I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still pay by credit card? |
Yes, certainly. When you choose to pay by credit card, a Paypal screen will come up where you can enter your credit card details without signing up for Paypal or having an account. If you do have a Paypal account you can sign in if you want to. It is a very secure payment option and we are Paypal Verified. |

Can I order a product from your range that isn't on the website? |
Yes, if it is an unperishable item it should be okay. You will have to place your order via telephone and pay with your credit card. |
What if something I order isn't in stock |
In the unusual case that something is unavailable we will contact you or just send what we do have in stock and the remainder of your order as it arrives (one postage charge only) |

Do you take returns? |
If an item you ordered is incorrect or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately by email caesarscoffee@yahoo.com.au or telephone at 02-43651988. We can't do refunds for change of mind purchases. Food products can't be returned and re-sold due to health and safety regulations, so please choose carefully. |
