This is a food grade muslin cloth with is suitable for using to make herb infusion bags when cooking with whole herbs and spices. Also suitable for straining liquids and syrups and ideal for home cheesemaking.
Cut pieces approximately 12-15cm square to make infusion balls for your cooking. For boquet garni, combine bay leaves, thyme, parsley and marjoram. For mulled wine combine cinnamon, cassia, cloves, orange peel, allspice, ginger. For Chinese stocks combine star anise, cloves, peppercorns, cumin, cassia, Sichuan pepper, licorice, chilli and coriander seeds.
Also great for wrapping lemon or lime pcs for squeezing at the table! Some people use to make fresh aromatic herb sachets for tea, or in the bath.
