Prompt Packing and Dispatch!

We aim to get your order processed and posted by the next business day. While this is mostly achieved keep in mind that it is not always possible for reasons due to stock levels, courier limitations and location. 

  • All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
  • If you choose express post or courier the above also applies.

 

Central Coast Customers

If you require your order to be delivered via courier, please choose this option or express post when checking out as it may be sent via regular post otherwise. Please email before ordering if you have any concerns about how your order may get to your address. Please check your tracking details. 

 

Please note if ordering chocolate:

As you know chocolates can be heat sensitive. We don’t use cool packing and although the products are temperature controlled, once its left us we no longer control the temperature and handling in transit.

Keep in mind that standard delivery is by Australia Post and your package could end up spending time in a depot.

Please consider this when ordering as we cannot take responsibility for spoiled items if you choose to make your purchase in warmer weather. If you are concerned please choose Express Post when you checkout for faster delivery.
