We are famous first and foremost for our coffee. Master Coffee Roaster, Caesar Franckin, chooses the highest quality green 100% Arabica beans from around the world and roasts and blends them to perfection, here on site at our Erina store. All coffee is roasted fresh weekly, batch tested and blended carefully, and packed in stay fresh foil valve bags. If you need your coffee ground, we grind it for you fresh and reseal the bag. We specialise in providing coffee that is super fresh, we make sure to pack it as soon as it's ready after roasting. Small roasters have the wonderful advantage of being able to roast only what's needed, which means you aren't receiving coffee that has been roasted and stored on the shelf for months.
