Refund policy
1.Refund or exchange of goods will not be given for goods damaged/misused by the customer after purchasing.
2. Any food items (including coffee) are non-returnable for health regulation purposes; please choose carefully.
3. Refund or exchange may be subject to inspection in some cases by the manufacturer/supplier of the goods and only after inspection.
4. Refunds are not given if you change your mind.
5. Returning goods for refund is at your expense, unless the item is damaged on arrival or faulty, after which you will be refunded the cost of postage paid by us when originally sending the order to you. If you need to return any goods you are responsible for packing it protectively.
6. Any claims for refund must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
