COVID -19 UPDATE & DELIVERIES

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Caesars Coffee's Erina store is now closed due to Coronavirus. Our online store is running as per usual! 

Due to increased demand, we are seeing a delay in shipping times you would normally experience with Caesars Coffee. Usually our shipping times are between 1-2 business days, however we have been advised by Australia Post, and our couriers, that parcels may take a little longer than usual to be delivered due to increased delivery demand and limited national resources. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope you will understand the circumstances we are all operating under.

We understand the growing concern surrounding Covid-19 and our hearts go out to all those who’ve been impacted in some way so far. Our small family team are working hard to ensure we’re able to continue to supply our loyal customers with our premium fresh roasted coffee, tea and other goods during this challenging time.

Delivery

We are working as quickly as we can to get your order to you, however, there may be a longer delay than normal. If you have not received notice of your order being shipped within this time frame, please contact our customer service team who will assist where possible. We have implemented some changes to our delivery procedures alongside our couriers to fall within social distancing requirements and ensure the safety and protection of delivery drivers.
