Where is Caesars Coffee located?

We are based on the NSW Central Coast where our distribution centre is located. We are a local family business established in the area since 1985.

How is my order delivered?

We use Australia Post to send your package by mail, as it is the most cost effective for most orders. Central Coast and Sydney residents ONLY may choose the courier option for parcels under ten kilos (select express post)

Postage is charged according to weight of the order and the location of the delivery address. 

How long will it take to arrive by post?

Your order is packed and sent between 1-3 business days and should take the usual amount of time as a typical letter sent through the mail.

How long will it take to arrive by courier? 

Delivery by courier is the same day or next day. Delivery only on business days.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments via Shopify's secure payment gateway.

Coffee Discount (Coffee10): Orders of coffee over the total value of $20 will attract a discount of $10. This is to offset any freight charges that may be applicable to you as all orders placed attract a freight charge. 

Do you have online gift cards?

Yes we have online gift cards which are delivered by email and have instructions included for redeeming them online. 

What if something I order isn't in stock?

In the unusual case that something is unavailable we will contact you or just send what we do have in stock and the remainder of your order as it arrives (one postage charge only)

Do you accept returns?

If an item you ordered is incorrect or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately on receiving your item by email caesarscoffee@yahoo.com.au or telephone at 02-43651988. We are unable to do refunds for change of mind purchases. Food products can't be returned and re-sold due to health and safety regulations, so please choose carefully.
